Flight's Fancy

When I was little, I had a book called "Catwings," a story about little kittens born with wings who fly away from their dangerous alleyway in order to find a better home. The art in the book was beautiful and the story is lovely, and both influenced me a lot as I grew up.
So, years later, I sculpted a cat with wings as a portfolio project, finally able to honor the inspiration. Someday I'll revisit the sculpture and make it better, mainly the wings.
